  • 1 lb rotini pasta
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 2 cups Velveeta cheese, cubed
  • 2 cups Alfredo sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced or 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 2 tsp Cajun seasoning
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella or Parmesan (optional)
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (optional)

Instructions
 

  • Cook rotini pasta in salted boiling water until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  • In a large skillet, brown ground beef over medium heat. Drain excess grease, add Cajun seasoning and garlic, and sauté until fragrant.
  • Lower heat, add Alfredo sauce and Velveeta cubes. Stir until smooth and creamy.
  • Toss the cooked rotini with the cheesy beef mixture until fully coated.
  • Top with shredded cheese and cover or broil for a gooey finish. Garnish with parsley if desired.

Notes

Add a splash of milk or cream when reheating leftovers to maintain the creamy texture. For extra heat, sprinkle additional Cajun seasoning or crushed red pepper.
