Equipment

  • Large Skillet
  • Pot for Pasta
  • Tongs
  • Cutting Board

Ingredients

Ingredients

  • 2 large chicken breasts
  • 8 oz bowtie pasta
  • 1 1/2 tbsp Cajun seasoning
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  • Pat chicken dry and rub with Cajun seasoning. Heat olive oil in a skillet and cook chicken for 4-5 minutes per side until golden and fully cooked. Remove and rest, then slice.
  • Boil bowtie pasta in salted water until al dente. Reserve 1 cup of pasta water, drain, and set aside.
  • In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant. Pour in heavy cream, then stir in cheddar and mozzarella until smooth. Add pasta water if needed for a creamy consistency.
  • Toss pasta in sauce, top with sliced chicken, and garnish with parsley. Serve hot.

Notes

Reserve some pasta water—it helps loosen the sauce if it thickens too much. Add a pinch of smoked paprika for extra depth of flavor.
