  • Toast walnuts in a dry skillet for 3–5 minutes until fragrant.
  • Whisk olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, and pepper together.
  • Arrange greens on a platter, top with beets, goat cheese, and walnuts.
  • Drizzle with dressing before serving.
