  • 2 large eggs
  • 3 tablespoons milk
  • 2 tablespoons sugar

  • 2 tablespoons powdered sugar

Instructions
 

  • Trim the crusts from the bread slices and flatten them with a rolling pin.
  • Spread cream cheese and jam on one side of each bread slice.
  • Roll tightly and press edges to seal.
  • Whisk eggs, milk, and sugar in a shallow bowl.
  • Dip the rolls in the egg mixture, coating all sides.
  • Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat and cook rolls until golden brown on all sides.
  • Roll the warm rolls in cinnamon sugar and dust with powdered sugar before serving.

Notes

Use soft, fresh sandwich bread to avoid cracking when rolling. Reheat leftovers in a skillet or air fryer to maintain crispiness.
