  • 2 chicken breasts
  • 1/2 cup BBQ sauce
  • 1 zucchini, sliced
  • 1 bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions
 

  • Preheat grill or oven to 400°F.
  • Slice zucchini, chop bell peppers, and halve cherry tomatoes.
  • Pat chicken dry; season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  • Brush large foil sheets with olive oil; place chicken in the center and vegetables around it.
  • Brush chicken with BBQ sauce, letting it drizzle onto the vegetables.
  • Seal foil tightly; cook for 25–30 minutes or until chicken reaches 165°F.
  • Carefully open foil packs and serve hot.

Notes

For extra flavor, add a sprinkle of smoked paprika or a splash of bourbon to the BBQ sauce.
