  • 1 lb beef sirloin, cut into bite-sized cubes
  • 1.5 tbsp Cajun seasoning
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 8 oz Velveeta cheese, cubed
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella
  • 0.5 cup shredded cheddar
  • 0.5 cup shredded Parmesan
  • 0.5 cup shredded provolone
  • 1 tbsp chopped parsley (optional)

Instructions
 

  • Boil pasta in salted water until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  • Season beef with Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  • Heat olive oil in skillet over medium-high. Sear beef until browned and cooked through. Set aside.
  • In the same skillet, melt butter. Add cream, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  • Stir in Velveeta until smooth.
  • Add shredded cheeses, stirring until creamy and combined.
  • Mix pasta into cheese sauce until fully coated.
  • Top with cooked Cajun beef. Garnish with parsley if desired. Serve hot.

Notes

For extra heat, use spicy Cajun seasoning or add red pepper flakes.
