  • 1 1/2 pounds chicken wings
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (optional)

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease a wire rack.
  • Pat dry and season chicken wings with salt and black pepper in a large bowl.
  • In a saucepan, melt butter, then stir in honey, Dijon mustard, soy sauce, and minced garlic. Simmer for 2–3 minutes until slightly thickened.
  • Toss wings with half the sauce until coated. Reserve remaining sauce.
  • Bake for 35–40 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crispy.
  • Brush with remaining sauce before serving and garnish with parsley if desired.

Notes

For extra crispy wings, bake on a wire rack and broil for 1–2 minutes at the end. Add a splash of hot sauce for a spicy kick.
