  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup Velveeta cheese, cubed

  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 0.25 tsp black pepper
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions
 

  • Cook penne pasta in salted boiling water according to package directions until al dente. Drain and drizzle with olive oil to prevent sticking.
  • Season chicken with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning. Heat butter and olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook chicken for 4–5 minutes per side until golden and fully cooked. Rest, then slice into strips.
  • In the same skillet, sauté garlic in butter for 30 seconds until fragrant. Add heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer.
  • Stir in Velveeta and mozzarella cheese until fully melted and smooth.
  • Add cooked pasta and chicken to the sauce, tossing to coat evenly. Simmer for 2–3 minutes to meld flavors.
